Thanks, Kelly! I'm glad you found it useful. I haven't practiced nondual meditation, but from a brief look into it, it looks like it might not fit into FA or OM since it is centered around a specific way of thinking (if I understand it correctly). However, you can ask yourself if – while practicing this type of meditation – are you focusing on a single point or on no point. It might have aspects of FA or OM at different points of the meditation, but it seems like what really characterizes nondual meditation is not the focus point but a way of thinking.
